Our services are not a substitute for legal, medical, or clinical advice. All decisions regarding your care should be made in consultation with licensed healthcare or legal professionals. KSH does not receive commissions or represent facilities. All guidance is provided from an independent, family-centered perspective.

While we serve clients across Ohio, our services are not state-licensed or regulated by the Ohio Department of Health or the Ohio Department of Insurance. However, we uphold the highest ethical standards as outlined by the National Board of Certification for Patient Advocates (BCPA).
